○ 2026학년도 정부초청 외국인 장학생(GKS) 학부 입학 전형 변경 안내
1. 대학추천 전형 내 비수도권 대학 전형(R-GKS)이 공관추천 전형으로 변경 2. 국립한국해양대학교 지원을 희망하는 모든 지원자는 공관추천 전형을 통해서만 지원 가능 (본인 국가의 대한민국 대사관 또는 총영사관에서 지원서 제출)
3. 1차 심사는 재외공관에서 실시, 대학으로 서류 제출 및 접수 불필요 * 해사대학 지원자는 선원건강진단서(첨부파일 확인)를 대학으로 별도 제출
4. 지원자는 반드시 공관 안내에 따라 지원 절차 준수 ※ GKS 공관전형 온라인 접수기간: 2025. 9. 15.(월) ~ 9. 30.(화)
○ Notice on Changes to the 2026 GKS (Global Korea Scholarship) Undergraduate Admission Process
1. The Regional University Track (R-GKS) under the University Track has been changed to the Embassy Track.
2. All applicants who wish to apply to Korea Maritime & Ocean University (KMOU) must apply only through the Embassy Track. (Submit your application to the Embassy or Consulate of the Republic of Korea in your country.)
3. The first round of screening will be conducted by the Korean diplomatic mission. There is no need to submit or send documents to the university.
Applicants to the College of Maritime Sciences must submit a Seafarer's Medical Certificate separately to the university (see attached file).
4. Applicants must follow the application procedures provided by the embassy. ※ GKS Embassy Track Online Application Period: September 15 (Mon) - September 30 (Tue), 2025
