[공지] 2026학년도 2학기 학생생활관(기숙사) 관리비 납부 안내
1. 납부 및 고지서 출력 기간
학부생 (1학기 거주자): 2026년 7월 23일(목) 13:00 ~ 7월 26일(일) 23:00
2학기 신규 신청자: 2026년 8월 3일(월) 10:00 ~ 8월 4일(화) 23:00
외국인 유학생 및 대학원생 전체: 2026년 8월 7일(금) 13:00 ~ 8월 10일(월) 23:00
참고: 은행 시스템 점검으로 인해 해당 기간 중 23:00 ~ 00:30 사이에는 납부가 제한됩니다. 합격자에 한해서만 고지서 출력이 가능합니다.
2. 고지서 확인 및 납부 방법
고지서 확인: 학생생활관 홈페이지(http://dorm.kmou.ac.kr)에 접속하여 출력할 수 있습니다.
납부 방법:
가상계좌: 고지서에 기재된 개별 농협(NH) 가상계좌로 이체합니다 (예금주 본인 확인 필수).
기타 결제: 농협 인터넷뱅킹, ATM, 농협 지점 창구 납부가 가능하며, 신용카드(NH농협카드, 삼성카드) 결제도 지원됩니다.
(NH카드는 당일 16:00까지만 결제 및 취소 가능)
납부 확인:
납부 후 종합정보시스템 또는 농협 홈페이지를 통해 확인 가능합니다 (반영까지 약 30분 소요)
기한 내 미납 시 입사 포기로 처리됩니다.
3. 생활관비 안내 (1학기/116일 기준)
식비: 1일 3식(864,000원), 1일 2식(686,400원), 1일 1.5식(584,100원), 1일 1식(446,600원)
관리비: 아치관(964,420원), 아라관(699,480원), 혜초관(742,280원 + 공공요금 150,000원), 누리관(763,860원)
혜초관의 경우 공공요금(15만 원)이 포함되어 청구되며, 퇴사 시 실제 사용량을 기준으로 추가 납부 또는 환불 정산됩니다.
4. 환불 규정
전액 환불: 2026년 8월 28일(금) 12:00까지 개인 사정으로 입사 취소 시 전액 환불됩니다.
중도 퇴사 환불: 기준일 이후 취소할 경우 10일 치의 생활관비(관리비 및 식비)를 공제한 후 일할 계산하여 환불됩니다. 단, 환불은 퇴사일 기준 30일 이전에 신청한 경우에만 가능합니다.

[Notice] 2026 2nd Semester Student Dormitory Fee Payment Notice
1. Dormitory Fee Payment and Bill Printing Period
Undergraduate Students (1st Semester Residents): 2026. 7. 23.(Thu) 13:00 ~ 7. 26.(Sun) 23:00
2nd Semester New Applicants: 2026. 8. 3.(Mon) 10:00 ~ 8. 4.(Tue) 23:00
International Students and All Graduate Students: 2026. 8. 7.(Fri) 13:00 ~ 8. 10.(Mon) 23:00
Note: Payments cannot be made between 23:00~00:30 due to bank system maintenance. Only admitted students can print the bill.
2. Payment Method and Confirmation
How to Check the Bill: Access the Student Dormitory website (http://dorm.kmou.ac.kr) to print.
Payment Methods:
Virtual Account: Transfer the payment to the individual NH Bank virtual account printed on the bill.
Other Methods: NH Bank Internet Banking, ATM, NH Bank Branch Counter, and Credit Card (NH Card until 16:00, Samsung Card) are available.
Confirmation: Check real-time payment status through the Integrate Information System (takes approx. 30 minutes) or NH Bank website. Failure to pay within the period is considered a withdrawal of residence.
3. Fee Details (Per Semester / 116 days)
Meal Fee: 1D3M(864,000won), 1D2M(686,400won), 1D1.5M(584,100won), 1D1M(446,600won)
Management Fee: A-chi(964,420won), Ara(699,480won), Hye-cho(742,280won + Utility fee 150,000won), Nuri(763,860won)
The Management Fee for Hye-cho Hall includes the utility fee (150,000won) charged as a lump sum, which will be settled based on actual usage upon move-out.
4. Refund Information
Full Refund: Available if cancellation is made by 12:00 on Friday, August 28, 2026, due to personal reasons.
Mid-term Withdrawal: Refunds will be calculated on a daily basis after deducting an additional 10 days' worth of fees. Refunds are only available for withdrawals requested at least 30 days before the withdrawal date.
