Lugging back your belongings will be more of a hassle, hence CIA will implement '2019 International Student Winter Vacation Storage Service' to resolve difficulties related to belongings storage for those who will return home temporarily for winter vacation. Kindly take note of the details below: □ Program Overview ○ Subject : International students studying at our university as of 2019 academic year ○ Service : Temporary belongings storage for international students who will return home temporarily for winter vacation (2019.12.23 ~ 2020.03.01) ○ Storage place : D8 Building of Centre for International Affairs, Seminar Room @ 6th Floor ○ Specification and quantity of storage per person : Up to 3 post office boxes (52 + 48 + 40 = 140㎝) or similar size of luggages (carrier/ bed sheet set, etc.) ○ Prohibited Goods : Electronic appliances and valuable belongings, fragile items ※ CIA will be not be liable for any lost items □ Application(attach) ○ Application Period : 2019.12.09. (Mon) ~ 12.13 (Fri) ※ Starting date for storage : 2019.12.16.(Mon)~12.23(Mon) ※ Only in the morning (09: 00 ~ 11:00) ○ Collection date for storage : 2020.03.02.(Mon)~03.06(Fri) ※ Only in the morning (09: 00 ~ 11:00) ※ Belongings which are not collected during aforementioned period, left unredeemed more than 50 days after issuance of warning, will then be disposed. ○ Where to apply : Office of Centre for International Affairs (3rd floor of Administration Building A3 ) ○ Required Documents : Application form (1 set) ○ Attention : Application will be on first come first served basis and service may be terminated prematurely due to limited storage space; as well, applicants who do not store their belongings according to schedule aforementioned will be considered as withdrawal. □ If you have any further inquiry (☏410-4772, 5176) 2019. 12.
