On February 19, U.S. Ambassador to the Republic of Korea Mark Lippert had a unique meeting with students of Korea Maritime and Ocean University (KMOU).
On the same date, he visited Yeongdo Sports Center located in Oulim Culture Park, Yeongdo-gu, Busan. At the center, he had a conversation with 20 KMOU students and encouraged them after a swimming group competition. He finally steered his team to victory although his side trailed at the start of the match. After finishing this game, he talked frankly with students in a very friendly atmosphere.
