KMOU had the entrance ceremony for the Korean language training program for Kuwaiti public officers in the BPA Convention Hall at the Center for International Affairs on April 9.

This program is a first step to help cope with Kuwaiti policy. This policy gives preference to those who get their degree overseas in order to enhance the government officers’ ability in the Middle East area. The course was conducted in earnest from April 2 by the Institution of Korean Language Education which is a specialized training organization at KMOU.

The total number of participants was 36, and they hope to enter divisions at school related to engineering science including the Division of Mechanical Engineering.

For five weeks, students will take classes of the Korean language and experiencing Korean culture so that they have qualifications to enter KMOU.

Taking this opportunity, our school will be committed to establishing an academic regular system for Muslim students so as to attract excellent talents for the Korean language training program, transfer admission, Master & Doctorate courses with the foundation of the Center for Korea & Islam.
