College of Engineering entered into the government-university business agreement for technology exchanges and field training with Korea Coast Guard Maintenance Workshop on April 9th with the purpose of activating technology exchanges and student internship program through close cooperation and interchange between the two institutions.

The agreement terms include Exchange of technology, information and research materials concerning ship equipment Support for education and technical training through field experience Joint use of training equipment and research facilities.

Prof. Ha Yunsu, Dean of College of Engineering, said "The agreement will contribute to improving students' field adaptation through securing hands-on practice opportunity on vessel equipment," and he added "the co-utilization of infrastructures will lead to a win-win relationship for both institutions."
