On November 27, Korea Maritime University(KMU) held the donation ceremony of FORAN system with SENER Ingenieria y Sistemas S.A, Spain at Conference Room of University Headquarters.

Alfonso Cebollero, branch manager of SENER donated the FORAN system worth 4.5 billion won and commented he hopes the system would help produce experts in Korean naval architecture and offshore plant design.

KMU president Park Han-il deeply appreciated and said that KMU will be able to spur cultivating outstanding talents by using FORAN system, which is currently taking center stage with its integrated solution for basic and detailed design as well as the production design of special ships.

SENER is the Spanish company with over 50 years of experience in the field of marine, aviation, aerospace and civil engineering and construction.
